Refund policy

At Vitplate, we place absolute priority on secure transactions, fully transparent return procedures, and prompt, reliable customer support. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, consumers within the European Union have the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from delivery.

To qualify for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • the product must be unused

  • in its original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • the product has been installed

  • the product has been used

  • there are signs of installation or wear

  • the original packaging is missing


Change of Mind Returns

Returns are not accepted in cases where:

  • the product did not meet your personal preference

  • you changed your mind

  • the customer selected the wrong model

Vitplate provides detailed compatibility information. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct product.


Compatibility Check

Before purchasing, the customer must verify:

  • motorcycle model

  • production year

  • version/variant

  • product compatibility

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Vitplate is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from incorrect customer selection.


Product Installation & Use

Vitplate products are intended for proper technical installation.

Vitplate is not responsible for:

  • damage caused by improper installation

  • damage caused by misuse

  • damage caused by third-party modifications

  • secondary damage to motorcycles or equipment

Professional installation is recommended where required.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • different from your order

please contact us immediately after delivery at: infovitplate@gmail.com

Clear photos must be provided.

Vitplate reserves the right to perform a technical inspection before approving:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund


Return Procedure

No return will be accepted without prior email approval.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless a defect is confirmed by Vitplate.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Vitplate:

  • reshipping will require new shipping charges

  • the original shipping cost is non-refundable


Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • processing time: up to 15 business days
